INITIAL VERIFICATION
At the start of every new production, we carry out on-board and sample-based quality checks to ensure compliance with the required specifications. Upon request, a sample is sent to the customer before production begins.
ONGOING SUPERVISION
Our specialised operators perform systematic and continuous checks on all produced parts, using dedicated equipment and advanced SPC (Statistical Process Control) software for process analysis.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

Digital transition of
Lombardy-based companies
Ottoman Srl has implemented a major digital transformation project aimed at integrating and optimizing production and logistics processes, thanks to the contribution of Regione Lombardia, within the framework of the call “Digital transition of Lombardy-based companies” – Action 1.2.3 “Support for accelerating the digital transformation process of Lombardy SMEs” (ERDF Regional Programme 2021–2027), for a total contribution of €61,382.32 against an overall investment of €122,764.63.
The project enabled the introduction of an MES system connected to the company ERP and the main production plants, the digitalization of warehouse management and internal flows, and the availability of real-time updated data to support operational decision-making.
